Made with sole: A comfort insole with cork footbed plus leather midsole and outsole make Alvies boots easy on your feet
Exotic leather: 100% Python vamp and counter with cowskin shaft, plus bovine lining for instant comfort
Well heeled: Stacked leather heel, hard EVA middle lining, non-slip rubber bottom

Handmade in León, Mexico

Alvies boots and leather flip-flops are made by one of the oldest and most respected bootmakers in León, the bootmaking capital of the world. History fact: León has been a shoemaking hub since 1645. Many of the bootmaking OGs in our ethical factory have been crafting boots by hand for decades. They use traditional methods and are paid a fair wage for their skills.

Alvies Kicks Back: Gordy Quist

Gordy is a prolific Austin songwriter, musician and producer who blends together influences of folk, blues, rock and country with poetry and a distinct voice. He’s a founding member of local favorite The Band of Heathens, and has also collaborated with dozens of other artists at his Austin recording studio, the Finishing School.

Gordy’s talent, eclectic style and drive to create symbolize everything we love about the Austin music scene. He has chosen The SIMS Foundation to receive a portion of every 6th Street sale for Alvies Kicks Back. They provide mental health and substance use recovery services and support for musicians, music industry professionals and their families.

The most comfortable boot I’ve ever worn!
I bought these boots several months back and I am happy to report they are not only the most comfortable boot I’ve ever worn (I own ab 37 pairs of booths for reference), but have successfully survived all seasons of the year and are even more comfy than the first day I slipped them on!

I only get custom boots. This company is Aplus
Bought several months ago. I only do custom boots. These compete with custom companies that are far more expensive. This company is a secret that needs to be found out if you want TOP boots for a good price.

I love my boots
As a Realtor I’m on my feet a lot and I want to make a good fashion statement. The black pythons are super comfortable and I get a ton of compliments! They can be dressed up or down and I wear mine daily. I highly recommend these and the brown lizard.

Great Fit!
I have had my pair of Alvie’s now for a few years, and love them! I have really wide feet that make some boots “pinch” on the sides, but these boot fit nicely! Would highly recommend!
